Hajime Hinata is a Japanese actor and singer. He is best known for his role as Ryo Sakazaki in the popular anime series Attack on Titan. Born in Tokyo, Hinata started his acting career at the age of 10 in a small role in the TV series Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. After appearing in several small roles throughout his teenage years, he landed a major role as Ryo Sakazaki in Attack on Titan, which made him a household name across Japan. Since leaving Attack on Titan, Hinata has starred in several other popular anime series including Naruto and One Piece. In addition to his acting career, Hinata is also a singer and songwriter who has released several albums and singles.

He, along with Class 77-B return with Class 77-B in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope’s Peak High School to discover their lives as students that lead up the events of The Tragedy.

Appearance Hajime Hinata

Hajime is a short, spiky brown hair, with an ahoge that changes depending on his mood. He is wearing a basic white shirt, with the emblem of his high school printed on the hem. He also comes with a green tie that has the same symbol. He also has dark-colored pants and white-and-red sneakers. In the time he was at Hope’s Peak Academy, he had a black reserve student uniform. These are identical to the clothes he wears as Izuru Kamukura.

Hajime’s eyes feature straight lines that run across his pupils, which resemble an emblem of prohibition. While his eyes color was initially (presumedly) Green, his eyes became red after he was surrounded by images resembling radars for target when Hajime was Izuru. As the two personalities merge the left eye stays red, while the right one returns to the natural color of his eyes and the appearance of both eyes being adapted to the Izuru’s radar target design.

Within the simulation, towards the end of the second simulation, Hajime also gained an “Awakened” appearance that saw his hair turn white and his eyes turning exactly like the eyes of Izuru. Additionally that he was completely encased by a glowing aura. When he was in Super Danganronpa 2.5 the moment he’s believed to be once more inside the simulation the eyes of his character have turned red, however it’s not like his usual self, and is wearing the dark Hope’s Peak Academy uniform.

According to the art book and also the official art book, as well as Chiaki Nanami as well as Nekomaru Nidai’s Free Time Events, it’s suggested that Hajime has muscle since he’s been doing some workouts. He’s however, described as a person who looks less slender when dressed.

While he was never featured in the games in the official art book, it confirms that he is wearing deep blue trunks and a the white cherry blossom design that are described as trendy. Evidently, he doesn’t reveal them to even his closest acquaintances as his clothing is typically “a mystery” in a humorous reference to the free-time and bonus modes.

Personality Hajime Hinata

Hajime is a bit cynical on first impression, but it would be more precise to describe him as an ardent realist. He is extremely cautious and is likely to be worried more than other students, but his concerns are generally reasonable. He is rational and sharp and often irritated with the thought in not having the ability comprehend someone or something in any way. He’s usually very serious, however he can make fun of himself and sometimes is a part of his classmates who have eccentric hobbies at times, and is seen smiling awkwardly and with a smile when his peers take part in their normal bizarre behaviors. He can be unhappy with some of his peers and may be humorous with them in his thoughts , as also blunt when talking to them.

However, his tone is more direct than mean-spirited or sarcastic. Although he can be a little shy (especially with girls who are bossy) however, he’s not unwilling to express his opinions and can even be rude when he is annoyed enough (for instance, after suffering through Hiyoko’s resentment in the Free Time Events, he then says “I do not bother any more”). Sometimes, he’s irritable and lash out at people in particular when he’s stressed or under stress. He also was extremely anxious at the beginning of the contest and was not interested in making friends, however later, he believed in his fellow classmates and was embarrassed to doubt them in his Class Trials, though he knew the necessity. He often regretted the fact that he exposed the murderers as shown in Chapter 3. He snubbed the person responsible in Chapter 3.

Hajime’s more violent personality is clearly demonstrated in a scene from Danganronpa 3, in which Hajime tries to forcefully punch Juzo Sakakura following a conversation in a rude and dehumanizing way, and then slaps Chisa Yukizome’s hands in anger after she tried to assist him. This differs from how the other characters could have carried themselves. The Japanese version his more blunt nature is evident by his manner of speaking during Nonstop Debates.

Due to his more aggressive character and his irritable personality, both Monokuma as well as Nagito at times joked about comparing Hajime as a Tsundere Nagito even calling the latter “tsuntsun hair” and Monokuma straight up calling Hajime a Tsundere.

Despite his faults, Hajime is generally pleasant and effortlessly shows compassion and kindness to those around him. He truly takes care of everybody. While he might have difficulty communicating with or understanding his peers, he is accepting of all people’s quirky characteristics and quirks, and is always ready to listen and offer suggestions. The official artbook explains this assertion by saying that he’s talking to everyone and getting good with both ladies and the guys. At Free Time Events, he helps even the most unsocial characters feel more at ease and will often divulge aspects of themselves they would never reveal to anyone other way. Because of this characteristic, Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu thinks that Hajime’s gift could be that of the Ultimate Counselor. Nagito also calls his character Ultimate Serenity.

There is also a strong suggestion that Hajime is a romantically unexperienced person as he appears shy and even ignorant of the subject. He once admitted that he had not really thought about it and had never had a girl ask him to go out on dates. But in Free Time Events and especially during Island Mode, several characters seem to be interested in romance on Hajime and he can respond by flirting, dating or even developing real (non-canon) relationship with the characters. Hajime is often revealed to be too naive when other characters show an interest in him, as him admitting that he’s “kind of a nerd” in Hiyoko Saionji’s Shot Through The Heart event. He incorrectly concludes that Peko Pekoyama is romantically inclined towards him during his Free Time Events, while in fact, she is one of the few characters confirmed not to have feelings for him.

While he attempts to conceal the fact, Hajime is very insecure about his talent and this is a major source of concern for him. It led him to admire the Hope’s Peak Academy more than anything since he believed attending the school would solve the issue. He wanted to be part of something greater than him, to become more confident and to be someone he is proud of. He was unhappy that he was only a reserve student. Chiaki is the person who helped Hajime to accept the fact that the fact that he was gifted or had talent was irrelevant. It was mostly because of her guidance and encouragement that he finally in a position to overcome his despair and gain confidence.

When Hajime awakes after his exit from his sleep in the Neo World Program, he retains his memories and is identified as Hajime Hinata, recognizing that the future holds a myriad of possibilities that may be a failure. In Hope Arc, it is discovered it is revealed that Hajime and the Izuru personalities overlap. Although he is identified as Hajime and behaves a lot like him, and possessing the ability to feel He is bored occasionally and his behavior is more like Izuru rather than Hajime. He’s also capable making use of Izuru’s skills and abilities, making him the most powerful person on earth in the event that he is able to believe so. But, Kazutaka Kodaka has stated that he is still human and emotions, which can cause him to be surprisingly fragile. “If you’re having Kazuichi making fun of your character, you’re probably not the way great”, Kazutaka said laughing at Kazuichi’s “This guy is not from The Reserve Course” comment in Hope Arc.

Talents & Abilities Hajime Hinata

Ultimate Hope

After combining with Izuru’s identity and becoming a Hajime’s character He was able to make use of all the Ultimate abilities that were studied in Hope’s Peak School. He’s only been known to use a handful of. In his role as the Ultimate hope, Hajime possesses many talents like the Ultimate Analyst, the Ultimate Analyst and the Ultimate Soldier as well as the Ultimate Soldier.

As opposed to the other individuals with the ultimate analyst talent, Hajime is much more adept at expressing emotions and is not constantly bored. But, he is occasionally bored, likely due to his superior analytical skills.

Hajime is a physical warrior with increased strength as well as reflexes and speed to the point of becoming superhuman. He can take on numerous skilled and armoured individuals in just a few minutes. He can also be seen bend metal and tearing an enormous hole through the wall of a solid structure.

Like Izuru, Hajime seems to be more cold-blooded in times of need because he was badly injured and possibly killed those who threatened his acquaintances.

Hajime employed an extraordinary ability that brought back students that were dead in his time in the Neo World Program. It could be a talent that is associated with Neurologist, Therapist or programming, since these skills were possessed by the founders of the Neo World Program. Given that He was gifted with all the talents that were that was known to the Hope’s Peak Academy, it could be an amalgamation of all three.

Counseling skills

Although he didn’t naturally have the Ultimate ability however, other characters have noted that Hajime could be a candidate with a wide range of talents. his most notable is his ability to make people feel more comfortable and be able to talk about their concerns. Due to this, Fuyuhiko believes he’s the ultimate counselor, and Nagito has him called the ultimate serenity. But, even though he’s eager to assist, Hajime feels that such the ability could be stress-inducing. Hajime shows this talent when he manages to calm Ryota Mitarai in the final scene in Danganronpa 3.

Relationships Hajime Hinata

Alternate Persona:

Izuru Kamukura

When he decided to take part in the Izuru Kamukura project Hajime did not realize that the process would change him into a different person. Through the process Hajime’s memory and personality were erased to transform him a person who’s specialty is talent itself. After the project was concluded the Hajime’s character was replaced by Izuru’s.

Like Izuru, Hajime had no memories or any knowledge of his previous self. In the Neo World Program, the Future Foundation was able to restore his memories, and successfully transform him back into his previous self. When the program was shut down , and he was able to wake from his coma Hajime was one with Izuru with their two distinct personalities becoming one and living together.

Class 77-B:

Chiaki Nanami

Chiaki was Hajime’s best friend. One of the primary reasons why he was a participant as a participant in his participation in the Izuru Kamukura Project was to be worthy of Chiaki’s friendship.

Their first encounter was at the fountain in the vicinity of the school, in a moment Kodaka stated that she was thrilled by how stunning it turned out to beafter Chiaki ran into Hajime when playing an activity. After that, they have continued to see one another and play games in the evenings after school at the same spot. It’s possible that the two felt romantically in love with one another, since they would often blush when to each other.

Chiaki once consoled Hajime when he was unhappy over not being able to do something. She assured him that there’s more in life than talent, and creating memories with people was more significant. Her words reassured him, but his desire to possess talents didn’t go away.

Prior to beginning the Izuru Kamukura Project, Hajime finds Chiaki by the fountain and Chiaki invites Chiaki to play with Chiaki. Hajime declines and states that there’s a reason he must be somewhere else. When he leaves, Hajime tells Chiaki that she’s not just an Ultimate Gamer, and tells Chiaki that she’ll make many memories during the time at Hope’s Peak. When he leaves Chiaki, Hajime thinks to himself what one of the reasons why he chose to take part in the project was due to his desire to prove to Chiaki that he is a talented person. He thought about her when his transformation into Izuru Kamukura. He then decides to transform into a different self-aware version which he can be proud of in Chiaki.

When he transformed, Hajime forgot all his memories of Chiaki. In the end, Izuru was unable to remember Chiaki and he was unable to confront Chiaki after she was executed. Following the time Chiaki passes away, Izuru is seen shedding tears. He observes and is shocked, which is a rare feeling for him. Although he didn’t know the identity of the woman the woman, he shed tears informing him that a small part of Hajime is still in Izuru.

After waking up after an experience called the Neo World Program, Hajime is trying to convince Ryota Mitarai that both hope and despair are equally important He reminisces about Chiaki and expresses great sorrow over her demise. When he recalls his memories of Chiaki, Hajime claims that he would never forget her and he would never ever want to. He also considered her a precious to him. Hajime seems to have her hairpin in his as a keepsake similar to what he used to do in the role of Izuru.

In the Ultimate Talent Development Plan, Chiaki has a very similar relationship with Hajime as she did during Danganronpa 3, with her playing various video game with Hajime, and even giving Hajime the same advice regarding having talent being not the primary aim. Hajime thought she was a trustworthy class rep, but Chiaki believes that Hajime is extremely trustworthy and very close to the class in question (seemingly prefiguring the idea that Hajime is later on to assume the leadership role in students). In the third year of their relationship Hajime was invited by her to an invitation to the class’s Christmas party and He accepted. As their graduation draws nearer, Hajime asks her if she’s available for New Year’s and informs her that his classmates are planning a celebration because it’s also Hajime’s birthday. Chiaki seems a bit apprehensive to be invited too but she quickly accepts and suggests that she extend the invitation to all of her classmates.

Hajime is revealed as being close to Chiaki’s AI model of Chiaki throughout the story. Hajime along with Chiaki are often shown with each other in scenes and scenes. Their relationship develops to the point where they are able to understand the expressions and wishes of each other even without speaking. It took him a while to become comfortable with her. As in chapter 2, he was thinking of her behaviour being “annoying.”

Chiaki was able to stop Hajime from visiting Chiaki stopped Hajime from going to the Final Dead Room when he was depressed because everyone thought he might be a traitor. she also helped him through the trials and investigations. It was revealed in the brief introduction to the all-girls beach party Chapter 2 that Hajime was attracted by Chiaki in her swimming suit. It is evident especially in Chapter 4 where Chiaki and Chiaki are very close throughout the entire chapter.

In the fifth trial, Hajime was the most grieved among the the remaining pupils when they discovered Chiaki was the “traitor”. Chiaki is Chiaki was the “traitor” that was sentenced to death. It was Chiaki who begged Hajime to be able to declare and prove that she was the supposed traitor, believing in his ability to see beyond the lies and deceit that Monokuma fabricated and the potential she sees in the man.

In Chapter 6 Chiaki had the honor of being the first person to helped Hajime to realize that the fact that he was gifted or had talent was not the issue. It was because of Chiaki’s encouragement and support that he was able to overcome his despair. When she was ejected as well as the program He thanked her for her assistance and promised to never forget her.

Through the course of her Free Time Events, it seems to be suggested that Hajime Chiaki’s friendship is more than just a regular friendship. Hajime and Chiaki enjoy to a lasting, loving relationship. The conversations they have had evolved from simple conversations to more fun and friendly, but as conciliatory and serious (usually between Chiaki towards Hajime). Also, there are romantic associations for example, both blushing when she falls and he notices her and complimenting her on being built well.

When Chiaki suddenly appears in Hajime and Hajime, it is demonstrated that when he rebuts every single person’s assertions in the Endless Debate, everyone saw an image of the most close one to themselves, evidence that Chiaki is the person closest to Hajime. Hajime insists on being a person even after learning of her AI nature. When Hajime is finally able to say her “Thank you” and to be responded to with a similar response, it’s assumed that the words they use carry more profound significance.

After the war of despair and hope is over, when Hajime as well as the rest of the class embark on an aircraft, Hajime seemingly sees an illusion that she is talking to him, and smiling as she tells him to take a step towards the future. But it’s clear that Hajime isn’t in the know of what she is doing because he doesn’t even speak to her nor gaze at her, but appears to be speaking to himself, expressing the optimism she taught him and passing her while she watches Hajime with smiling.

Nagito Komaeda

Nagito was one of the students Hajime was able to meet while on island. He was the only student to remain with the unconscious Hajime and then escorted him to introduce himself to other students. He also assisted Hajime through the majority of his investigation. Although he was sometimes annoyed at times by Nagito, Hajime felt more comfortable around Nagito and believed that he was an honest person, even though he it’s not always the most reliable.

After discovering Nagito’s bizarre method to think, Hajime felt betrayed and was slammed. He was convinced that Nagito was very dangerousand only looking to make others suffer, and was able to trick him yet again if they talked excessively. He was of the opinion that he did not know his thoughts in any way. In his spare time activities, Hajime kept attempting to comprehend the mindset of Nagito and continued to speak to Nagito. There are several instances in the main game when Hajime is close to understanding what Nagito is thinking, only to abandon the idea as he thinks that he’s thinking too much. In the final analysis, it was his knowledge of Nagito which eventually thwarted his strategy during Chapter 5.

In the words of Nagito, Hajime was the first person in his life to show an interest in his life. This is further demonstrated by his own questioning of what makes him worry about someone similar to Nagito during the depression in Chapter 3. One of the main reasons Nagito has to be interested in Hajime is that he says they’re alike, even though Hajime does not believe this. It’s also stated in the Super Danganronpa 2 Art Book and in Hajime’s love chart. Nagito declares that the two of them Hajime are like each other and share similarities.

After finding out that Hajime is an instructor in reserve and that Nagito is a reserve course student, he became hostile toward his fellow student, allegedly projecting certain traits that he dislikes about himself onto Hajime. While he was brutal and cruel towards him in the dialog that immediately precedes chapter 4 Chapter 4 trial, he asserts that he is still interested in Hajime however he is unable to comprehend the reason. If Hajime attempts get to hang out with Nagito in Chapter 5, where Nagito isn’t aware that he is making plans for his own murder Nagito suddenly does not appear hostile in this point and with smiles, he tells Hajime that he’s glad he’s seeking out someone similar to him, however, he’s engaged with other things at the moment. A little slyly the Nagito says to Hajime not to fret about him and to enjoy having fun with the other. Following passing away, the actor says in his autobiography that he shouldn’t be so cruel to Hajime.

After discovering the backstory of Nagito and his illnesses during his leisure time activities, Hajime feels bad for Nagito, and is ready to be a good friend to him. However, Nagito reveals that everything was just lies, which shook Hajime somewhat. He is more confused than angry. Hajime is left in a state of deep thought and believes that certain of Nagito’s statements were truthful. He is intrigued to find out the what Nagito will do in the event that one day he reached the goal that he is claiming to be pinning for, and says there was a “strange connection’ with him however, his doubts and confusion of him remain. this is the reason he wants to know more about Nagito to safeguard everyone other in the world from ill-will that he perceives from Nagito.

On Island Mode, Hajime spends time with Nagito who has become far more docile. But, Nagito’s bizarre ways of thinking are still confusing and freaks Hajime out. In the final scene, Nagito hesitantly asks for Hajime’s support and Hajime agrees without much thought, but Nagito noticed that the words was interpreted with a confession of love and was expecting more. Nagito confesses that his mental outlook has changed following his encounter with Hajime. In the wake of this, Hajime feels that they will eventually come to an agreement.

In Danganronpa 2.5, Hajime wished to awake Nagito to free him from his stupor, and was concerned about the latter. When Nagito was awake and the two reunited in a friendly manner. Initially, Nagito thought Hajime was Izuru and then changed his mind and said Hajime must be Hajime. Hajime helped him get up in a manner that was similar to their first encounter in the program. Nagito believes he relied on Hajime to help him wake up, and then he grabs Hajime’s hands as the group moves on in the hope of finding the hope of.

Later on in Danganronpa 3 – Hope Arc, Hajime and Nagito can be seen enjoying a meal in the same boat. Although Hajime previously explained that he’s now Hajime and Izuru Nagito still refer to him as Hajime. Due to all the things they’ve endured, Hajime finally comes to an agreement with Nagito.

Amidst an Otomedia poster that was released following the release of the anime Nagito was shown handing Hajime an unassuming packet of fortune-telling cookies to give as a present as they travel on the ship, which is likely to be after the story of the anime. Hajime is elated when he receives the present with a smile that is slightly annoyed way. In the interview with the magazine, Nagito is asked what foods from autumn remind the most of Hajime. He replies with a “chestnut with its burr” and compares the hair of Hajime.

However, after being told that it’s too common of an answer, he proceeds to explain that in order to take a bite of one, you need to undergo lots of work. He says “Not being simple… the taste is similar to Hinata-kun right?”. Hajime, on the other hand, says Hajime says that Nagito is a reminder to the man the concept of “the grain of the newly harvested harvest” (referring to the fresh rice harvested during the autumn season) due to Nagito’s hair hue. He adds that because of Nagito’s “poor grasp on reality” it’s hard to assign him to an unmistakable food.

Nagito has also , more or less, jokingly said that Hajime to a tsundere-like character at least once because of his sometimes angry mood in his work. On Danganronpa 2, during his Free Time Events, he suggests that Hajime’s undiscovered talent could have been “tsuntsun hair” in reference to his quiet character and his hair that’s spiky. This is translated as “Ultimate hair with spiky texture” according to the translation although it’s not a mistake however it doesn’t add the humor about Hajime’s character. Nagito is laughing and clearly enjoys his joke however Hajime is irritably quick to say that it’s not even an actual talent. Nagito later refers to him as “tsuntsun hair” at the time of the Danganronpa 3 magazine interview.

in the uncanonical Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony’s bonus mode, Ultimate Talent Development Plan/Hajime Hirata, Nagito appears to be averse to Hajime initially and was rude and sometimes condescending toward Hajime because he was a student in the reserve class. Nagito believed that Hajime was with the Ultimates in order to lie with them to feel more confident at himself, which evidently upset Hajime. But, Nagito claimed he doesn’t necessarily dislike Hajime and was keen to spend time with Hajime. They had a brief disagreement when Hajime was invited to basketball games with the Ultimates and caused Nagito at a loss for words and Nagito chose to support every player, however he was a bit sceptical over the decision (in the original English translation, this was translated incorrectly as him cheering for nearly every single person). Nagito’s mood slowly changes as it becomes apparent that Hajime really would like to be with him, even though Nagito is unable to understand why anyone would ever want to do this.

After three years, they’ve become friends , and Nagito talks to Hajime of his fortune and the way it’s impacted his life. In the final Christmas at school Nagito and Hajime chat on their own as the rest of the students celebrate. Hajime reminds the other boy that they will certainly be in touch and will see them again, even although Nagito believes that nobody would ever invite him. Hajime informs him that Chiaki would , and he must be willing to accept the invitation. Nagito questions why Hajime loves his life and hasn’t lost his interest in someone similar to him. Hajime says that he isn’t sure what Nagito wants and isn’t willing to let it be in that way. He invites Nagito to become his friend, and they exchange hands, although Nagito is inclined to hold his hand for a longer period of time. Nagito thinks about whether it is going alter anything however Hajime says that perhaps such a gesture could alter something and get to know the other one day.

Kazuichi Soda

Hajime is a close associate of Kazuichi’s. Kazuichi takes a liking to Hajime and calls Hajime”his “soul close friend”. Hajime gets annoyed at times by Kazuichi.

Through their relationship and a brief break-up occurs after he blames Hajime to blame him for “leading their group” into Monokuma’s trap , and eventually turns towards Nagito instead. They later reconcile but.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu

The two appear to be in good terms between them following the events in Chapter 2 when Fuyuhiko is determined to transform his own behavior. They also agree to stick around and keep their eyes on their companions who contract despair in chapter 3. Although at first, Fuyuhiko did not attempt to establish a relationship with Hajime the two, their relationship develops somewhat towards the final chapter.

Fuyuhiko was regarded by Fuyuhiko Hajime in the role of”the “Ultimate Counselor” because of his personality which gives students the confidence to conquer any challenge they encounter. In his most recent Free Time Events, the two of them participated in the sakazuki, which is an ancient Japanese ceremony of sharing cups to signify the sworn brothers and to swearing to be loyal.

Mikan Tsumiki

Mikan has evidently developed an interest in Hajime because he’s the only person (on the island) to go up to her and spoken to her, not wanting to intimidate her, but to talk casually. While she’s nervous and struggling at beginning, she slowly eases up and even asks Mikan to return to speak to her once more.

Hajime was also the only person who admits she’s glad she doesn’t have anyone to beat on her or harass she on this island. Mikan also pursues Hajime around using a syringe at least a couple of times, attempting to inject him and then was discovered sleeping on him several times during Chapter 3. In the third trial she makes use of him to provide her with an excuse at the time of dawn when they discover the body.

in Chapter 3 as Hajime is accused by Mikan of murdering Ibuki and Hiyoko and Hiyoko, she is angry, and clearly isn’t convinced. This is a sour moment for Hajime who does not want to believe that she is the one to blame, just like the others are shocked by Mikan’s accusations. But, Hajime reluctantly shows evidence which suggests she’s the one responsible for murder. He advises Mikan to let it go to allow him to believe in her at the final. However, Mikan’s character has changed and she was put to death and left nothing but her hatred of Hajime as well as the other prisoners.

In her leisure time in which Mikan describes her motivations to become a nurse, Hajime is agitated and not willing to reveal any signs of weakness or illness in her. But, he is also feeling poor for her and believes that she shouldn’t be blamed for how she is.

Through the events that take place in Island Mode, Mikan is delighted to be Hajime’s best friend and is clearly love for his. In the end she’s even willing to go to the extent of to force him to be crippled by some means so that they can be forever together. But, Hajime proposes to her instead, prompting her to say that she will become his personal nurse and care for him for all time.

Peko Pekoyama

In Hajime’s Free Times Events, Hajime assists Peko to discover how get back to smiling.

While he does not have the same relationship in the main storyline however, he does show an attraction to her during his Free Time Events, much simpler than any other characters. In a strange coincidence, Peko is the only character absolutely certain that he does not be in love with Peko, but only adores Peko as a friend. Hajime believed he was attracted to Peko and believed she loved her back, however she actually is deeply in love with Fuyuhiko and would like to have Hajime’s help. Even though he’s upset to not get his feelings reacted to, Hajime wants to support Peko as a friend.

Ibuki Mioda

Ibuki and Hajime appear to be good close friends. They have a bond in the club activities Ibuki develops for the Free Time Events. In addition, in the course of her Free Time Events, Ibuki is trying to assist Hajime to remember his talents. She claims that it should have been evident the things she was trying to accomplish, but Hajime says he didn’t think about it and was awed by her efforts to assist him.

Ibuki often mocks Hajime and says that he’s developed a love for her or is seeking out excuses to be with her. Ibuki also offered Hajime some suggestions that even though people are constantly changing in their physical appearance or other ways, they will always remain true to themselves. she asked Hajime swear to her that she will never stop seeking the person he is. In Hajime’s official chart of relationships, Ibuki states she wants him to play the drums in her band. She says that they are together as a group, even giving him lessons. But according to Hajime she was only teaching him to make use of the loudspeaker.

Akane Owari

Hajime and Akane have a very low level of interaction in the main plot however they do have a decent relationship. He does worry about her when she’s sick with Despair Disease. They do eventually get closer in the course of her Free Time Events; Hajime is horrified to learn of the poverty and sexual assault Akane endured as a child and her reluctance to acknowledge the issue. Even though Akane struggles to remember his name, she is worried about her eating too little and is worried about him eating too much, similar that she worries over her siblings. He’s irritated by her lack of memory and suggests that she’s perhaps a little crazy, yet he seems to admire her cheerful attitude. In her final Free Time Events, she remembers his name and follows his advice on taking responsibility for and conquering weaknesses instead of denial.

Nekomaru Nidai

Nekomaru’s Island Mode relationship differs from the real-life relationship with Hajime. When the time of Nekomaru’s Island Mode ending, he believes there is something within Hajime however, he is not sure about what that something is. The best response is “hope” However, when Hajime offers “love”, Nekomaru become shocked and begins to believe the possibility that his feelings for Hajime can be romantic. If Hajime opts for a negative option in a situation, Nekomaru will reply: “Hmmm… This date wasn’t very enjoyable in any way… The most well-thought out strategy will yield the best results both in dating and training. I won’t love you if you do this! Goodbye!” showing that his affections for Hajime seem to be romantic level.

Ultimate Imposter

Ultimate Imposter has never had intimate relationships with anyone else on the island during their brief time on the Island. But, once they have to their Free-Time Events, they become quite intimate with Hajime. They discuss various topics regarding fast food with him and then later, he tells them the story of an individual who was nothing, and remained in the form of a person who was supposed to create something that was later revealed to be about them.

If Hajime says that he is their friend, they become very soft even altering their way of addressing Hajime (normally, Byakuya addresses everybody with the term omae. This is rude and a bit selfish way to say “you”; however after this the character briefly uses the term Hajime Kimi to show a more welcoming similar way of saying “you” and then going back to omae on hajime’s suggestion) The original Japanese. The ultimate Imposter Also, they say that they will share their real tale to Hajime although they were killed prior to being able to do so.

In Island Mode, Ultimate Imposter exposes their true persona to Hajime. After being close to Hajime They are convinced that they truly exist and decide not to hide anymore and would prefer to be true to their self. According to Hajime’s official chart of relationships The Ultimate Imposter believes Hajime as a good partner.

Gundham Tanaka

At some point, Gundham is implied to have attempted to be a follower of Hajime as well as other students but when he realized it by the students, he claimed he was not aware and disappeared. Hajime and Gundham are friends for a while by participating in Free-Time Events, and in the final FTE (which is held within the Strawberry House), Gundham invites Hajime to sign an agreement with a handshake. Then, he declares that under the agreement, Hajime will not be allowed to die without the explicit consent by Gundham Tanaka. Hajime imagines that he’d like to make that promise to Gundham however he realizes that Gundham could be angry and resent him. Their handshake is a bit awkward, and culminates in hand-squeezing until death.

Hiyoko Saionji

Hajime was interested in how she could be an aspiring high schooler due to her size and appearance. In the later part of the game Chapter 1. Hajime typically made comments about Hiyoko within his own thoughts and stated that she was the ultimate Bad Attitude. Hajime was not a good judge of Hiyoko when he first met Hiyoko during his Killing School Trip. He believes that Hiyoko could be the perfect candidate to be right in front of flowers even if she had an unsavory character. He eventually becomes a friend to Hiyoko and develops a sibling-like relationship with her, similar to that of Mahiru. When Hiyoko says that the majority of viewers fall asleep during the shows she hosts, Hajime promised to be awake during the show.

Mahiru Koizumi

It wasn’t revealed as a part of the story however, during Mahiru’s Free Time Events, it’s suggested that Mahiru is romantically in love with Hajime. When Mahiru took a candid picture of Hajime, Mahiru didn’t want to erase it even although Hajime instructed her to erase the photo. After telling her she liked his candid photos, Mahiru blushed and ran off, saying that she needed to leave.

In one of her recent Free Time Events, Mahiru was able to ask Hajime to take a photograph of her to observe the way Hajime perceived her. Mahiru said she enjoyed Hajime’s photo just as her mother’s photos she took. Mahiru said that she’d give the camera she used to have.

In the end of her Island Mode, Mahiru thanked Hajime as she could locate herself. This was the reason she offered Hajime her old camera to show her appreciation, and also due to her love for Hajime. Notably, picking one of the “false” answers in her final sentence has made Mahiru admitting that she would want to date Hajime.

Sonia Nevermind

Sonia has been shown to be friendly to Hajime and even took his interest throughout the Killing School Trip. In her events during free time she believed that Hajime was a hero of prophecy, who brought happiness to her country and she would like him to lead the kingdom of Novoselic together, after they had escaped off the island.

When she finds her dead bodies, Hajime finally calls Chisa “Miss Chisa”. Hajime also tells Chisa that she’d be very proud of him since he has finally recognized the things Chiaki and Chiaki were telling him before he had saw Chiaki and Chiaki.

Reverse Course Students:

She also refers to herself as”the “Ultimate Little Sister”. Hajime insists that she has no talent, however Natsumi does not acknowledge this and insists that she’ll do whatever it takes to make it to the main Course. In the next scene, Hajime is with her at the roof in the Reserve Course Building, she says that if she doesn’t follow her brothers’ footsteps, she’ll be lost. Hajime admits that he knows how it can be lonely to be lost. But he also reminds her that there are other aspects that are equally important to the talent, like staying together with her brothers and creating memories together.
