Rico Aot is a professional footballer who has played for clubs in Spain and Portugal. He has also represented the United States at international level. Rico Aot was born on October 15, 1990, in the city of Lisbon, Portugal. Rico Aot started his career with Portuguese side Sporting CP, making his first-team debut in 2009. He then moved to Spain and signed with Atlético Madrid. In 2013, he transferred to Portuguese side Benfica for €10 million. After one season with Benfica, Rico Aot moved back to Spain and signed with Racing Santander on a two-year contract. In 2016, he transferred to Portuguese side Braga for €15 million.
