Tenya is a large and muscular man who has large eyes that have tiny pupils, long thin eyebrows, and short dark blue hair that is combed back and shaved with an elongated left side. He also has a small section of completely shaved hair close to the top on his scalp. He is usually seen with an empathetic expression and a eye that is attentive. Due to the Quirk his face is incredibly large, engine-shaped calves and three exhaust pipe-like silver ones sticking out of each.He wears glasses that have rectangular lenses. The Hero costume is made up of an black jumpsuit, with wide collars and armour pieces made of silver on his torso , which leave joints open, and the boots are adorned with gold details specially designed for his quirk He wears an armor which covers his face with many holes that allow the air to flow and talk freely. He also has three mufflers with a large design in his back. While it appears to be armor, the costume serves no purpose to defend, it’s just to reduce friction with the atmosphere during racing.

He is an exceptional fighter and was ranked fourth in his Quirk Assessment of Learning, and sixth at the Yuei Entrance Exam with the second-highest amount of Villain points, and fourth at the Sporitive Festival and was unable to regain one spot for not turning in time for the closing ceremony. Because of his quickness and agility He defeated Ibara Shiozaki who was one of the best pupils in the class of 1-B and even beat Shoto Todoroki who was among the best in Class 1-A. He only lost because his mufflers were frozen.
When facing the Hero Killer Stain the A-rank antagonist who defeated a number of Pro Heroes including Tensei, Stain was motivated by the need for revenge. He even risked his life and eventually prevailing alongside Izuko along with Shoto and being hailed as one of the top students in the class of 1-A. Through the training session the three of them were successful in putting his brother’s suggestions into action by overcoming Gran Torino, one of the most fast heroes of all time and causing Juzo Honenuki, a highly recommended student, to give up.
He finished second in the midterm class of Class 1-A tests, is very scholarly as well as intelligent and perceptive and has good tactical capabilities. When he was joined by Mashirao Ojiro to battle the Power Loader during the final examinations He was able to create a plan that took into account how they combined their quirks to ensure victory.He was an outstanding leader, and even managed to keep his team members calm through an incident that could be tragic and he was appointed the class representative after Izuku decided to drop it to his advantage, believing him better suited for the role.

10. Just like His Brother
Here’s a scene from years ago, showing both Iida brothers side-by-side. Tenya is shown with Tensei (his older brother), who is a very smart man with a heart full of gold. He is also a professional hero and he wore the cape before Tensei. We are rooting for him. He has a solid career.

9. He’s like a coach

Iida doesn’t like tardiness or goofing around and won’t tolerate anyone laughing about their school or heroics. Mei also objected strongly when Mei explained that the “duel” was merely a way for Mei to display her inventions to the crowd. He was just a test subject, which was quite awkward!

This isn’t to suggest that everyone is giving Iida a hard life or doubting his abilities. He is respected by his classmates. 2. His Namesake
How is it possible for the author to come up with a name such as “Tenya Iida?” Many of the students and heroes in My Hero Academia have names with meaningful kanji that reflect their unique traits or other characteristics. Tenya Iida is no exception.
He is named after Idaten (or the Japanese name for a Mahayana defender who protected Buddhist shrines called Skanda). Idaten is a fast runner and is used to symbolize anyone who can run quickly. Add the exclamatory word “ya,” to get “Idaten-ya,” also known as “Iida Tenya”. Complete the sentence!
1. Extra Gear
Iida wears a very heavy-duty costume as opposed to his classmates, who are more comfortable in bare-bones costumes for heroics. The helmet blocks strong winds from entering his face. His leggings perfectly suit his Engine quirk, as they have large exhaust vents that fit over his natural legs. Although it is primarily for display, it can also be used as a practical tool.
Mei Hatsume was also available to test various new gadgets (“babies”) during the UA Sports Festival match. This helped Iida even more. These were prototypes. But maybe one day Iida will be able to use them for real.
